GBYEN Guidebooks

The German-Baltic Youth Exchange Network and its members aim to provide guidance for achieving sustainable youth work. To this end, we publish a guidebook each year on a specific topic related to international youth work. The first guidebook was published in 2023 and was created in collaboration with network members participating in the German-Baltic Conference 2023 in Tartu Estonia.

Policy Papers

During the annual German-Baltic Conference organized by the German-Baltic Future Foundation (DBJW), Youth Ambassadors from various organisations of the GBYEN as well as outside of the network come together in 4 different clusters to finalze their work on their policy papers concering an overarching topic. Afterwards, the papers are then presented to decision-makers in Germany and the Baltic states to drive long-term and sustainable change.
