The traditional winter meeting of the Lithuanian DAAD Alumni Association will be followed this year by the Lithuanian office of the German-Baltic Future Foundation. The meeting will focus on the development of the strategic plan for German-Lithuanian relations, which will be submitted to the former Lithuanian ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany, Ramunas Misiulis. Ambassador Misiulis is responsible for the development of the strategic plan at government level and will attend the winter meeting as a special guest. In addition to discussions on the strategic relations between the two countries, contacts are established with new organisations and existing contacts are maintained.
