Dear friends of the DbJuStR, dear dance enthusiasts,

This year, the DbJuStR is hosting the festive Spring Ball! Under the direction of Friederike von Gropper, the DbJuStR is stepping into big shoes: after decades of organizing this special event, Cornelia Lyra (Illa) has passed the torch to new hands.

The ball will take place on March 21, 2026, in the beautiful Mozart Halls in Hamburg with their spacious dance floor, the perfect setting for everyone who loves to dance. As always, the live band led by Jens Ketelsen will provide the music, continuing the long-standing tradition and ensuring a wonderful atmosphere.

A particularly lovely aspect: the Spring Ball is organized by the youth, but it’s a celebration for all generations, young and old come together here. This year, there will even be childcare available, so that truly everyone can enjoy the evening.
