DBJW

The Baltic-German Youth Office (Deutsch-Baltisches Jugendwerk, DBJW) engages in exchange and understanding between young adults from Germany, the Baltic Countries, and Russia.
Founded as the German-Baltic Academic Scholarship Foundation our activities are based on values like democracy, freedom and human rights. All we do is inspired by our awareness on the shared history of Germans, Estonians, Latvians, Lithuanians, and Russians in the Baltic Countries.
Our activities are facilitation, education and networking:
Facilitation by grants, stipends, the D.A. Loeber Studienpreis and our Praktikumsbörse (internship portal)
Education by intercultural seminars on political, cultural or societal topics.
Networking by our Conferences, “Landesbüros” (regional offices) and the GBYEN.
